Subscription Information
Subscriptions purchased through the Outright Catholic mobile app are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Outright Catholic does not receive or store your full credit or debit card information for these purchases.
We use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions and membership access. RevenueCat may process information related to purchases and subscriptions, including purchase history, subscription status, transaction information, renewal or expiration information, device and operating system information, and an identifier used to manage subscription access.
2. How We Use Your Information

Create and manage your account.
Authenticate your account.
Personalize your learning journey.
Save your course progress and achievements.
Generate personalized learning recommendations and roadmaps.
Provide Bernard and the AI Catholic Teacher.
Save reflections and other learning information you choose to provide.
Verify purchases and manage Saint Membership access.
Restore purchases.
Improve the functionality and reliability of the app.
Respond to support requests.
Protect the security and integrity of Outright Catholic.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3. AI Conversations
Outright Catholic includes artificial intelligence features, including Bernard and the AI Catholic Teacher.
Information you submit through these features may be processed by AI service providers in order to generate responses and provide these features.
AI conversations may be stored to provide a more personalized experience and allow AI features to use relevant information over time.
Although these conversations may be stored for personalization and functionality, they may not currently be accessible for users to review within the app.
Please avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information during AI conversations.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share or process limited information through trusted service providers that help us operate Outright Catholic, including:
App hosting, authentication, database, and infrastructure providers
AI service providers
Apple and Google for app distribution and in app purchase processing
RevenueCat for subscription management and purchase verification
Other technical service providers necessary to operate and secure the app
These providers receive or process information as necessary to perform their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Outright Catholic, our users, or the security and integrity of our services.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect your information.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Outright Catholic, maintain your account and learning progress, fulfill legitimate operational purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of our services.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, it may be deleted or anonymized.
When you delete your account, personal information associated with your account is deleted or anonymized, except where limited information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.

Manage or cancel your subscription through the marketplace where you purchased it.
Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
You may permanently delete your account through the account deletion functionality available within Outright Catholic. You may also contact us at team@outrightcatholic.com with questions or other privacy-related requests.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
8. Children's Privacy
Outright Catholic is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction or who use the app with the permission or involvement of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review the situation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Outright Catholic, our practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
